I’ve ordered a couple things from Musician’s Friend now, and both times they showed up way quicker than I expected. The tracking worked just fine, and everything arrived in good shape with nothing missing or banged up. I’ve had some bad luck getting music gear shipped from other places, but these guys have been really solid for me so far. The ordering process was super easy too. no complaints.

The box was just okay, but the guitar showed up with a few dings on it. It’s a bit disappointing because better packaging probably would’ve helped.

I had a problem with my pedal and figured the protection plan would be, I don’t know, a whole thing. But it actually covered it without much hassle at all. Support was nice, got back to me quick, and helped me get it sorted. way easier than I was expecting.

I was relieved that when the site said the guitar was in stock, it really was. I placed the order, got the shipping update, and it actually went out without any weird backorder email popping up later. Small thing, but I appreciate when that little stock label is accurate.
