It's unfortunate that often people write reviews only when something goes wrong - I have bought several items from musician's friend and they have not disappointed in their selection or their service. They did ship the wrong guitar recently, but gave me a heavy discount to "right" their mistake and even gave me one-day shipping for the replacement guitar. The tracking always works (unlike Amazon) and they make the most prompt deliveries. I urge people who have had good experiences with good businesses to also write reviews so these stars actually reflect the quality of the business.

I've bought tons of stuff from "musicians friend" over the years. They've always beat everyone else on price. Rarely is an item not in stock. Orders ship promptly and free of charge. If there ever was a problem, it was swiftly and easily rectified. I can't understand all the lousy reviews because they've always been a positive experience for me.
The only negative is that recently the website does not cooperate with my iPhone. Maybe my browser is out of date or something.

I ordered a PA system from them as they had the best price and free shipping. Only after I saw the terrible reviews and got a little worried. Fortunately everything went perfectly and after only two days I got it already delivered. Thumbs up! Thank you!
